Negative: Mosquitos / Gnats outside are a nuisance. Billing is ridiculous - you think you are paying a price then it is plus 12.5% service then plus 25% tax - so prices are completely innaccurate and very dishonest.

Positive: proximity to airport. clean. room had all ameneties. comfortable bed & pillow, high light they had amul gold milk capsules rather then everyday powder packets.
Negative: - would have been good to have a sign or note that said there is console by bedside to regulate the lights in the room. the room had menu for room service spa and lil other signs which are very helpful but nothing about the console to regulate light switches and to regulate AC! Once your credit card is swiped the attitude of check in staff changed befor swiping very pleasant engaging after questions answered later it abrupt and won’t look at you while answering. - spa menu had everything BUT calling them for service they have it but person - Airport pick up & drop would be nice to put it on website extra cost. i did not see it and to pay 4000INR and something with taxes is high compared to UBer costing 1000/-both ways - the thai restaurant was disappointing. the picture of the dishes on the menu and what was served was very different, no garnishes etc. prices high but not to the mark. better to eat snack at the lounge.

Positive: Staff were exceptional, very keen to help. Provided transport from the airport, helped find an ATM, then upgraded the room because of some reason we don’t know. Breakfast fantastic with tasty omelette cooked to order. Also enjoyed two samosas with chilli sauce as a starter.
Summary: An oasis in the intensity of Delhi.

Positive: The property is really nice, and I have choose Radisson since I stayed several time in their European location. The hotel is elegant and comfortable and provides all the facilities needed.
Negative: The staff. I was the hotel just for 6 hours since I was coming from another part of India and I had 10 hours layover. Since I went in a very humble part of India and did not plan the stay in advance, I was dressed more “humble” and I had a backpack. The girl at the reception was looking at me with a very judging face since I enter the room for check out, saying something to the colleagues and literally laughing at my face. I asked some clarification about the transfer, since I had not clarified that only one way was included (which is ridiculous, since it’s normal to need it both ways when you arrive and leave the hotel) and she was talking me like I was stupid. No one has never make me feel like this in any other hotel (and I travel a lot both for business and leisure), and I think the management should be more attentive on this topic. It seems that in the occasions where you are not dressed ‘fancy’ you receive another treatment. Moreover, I was charged 20$ for a route that it normally cost 5$ if I wouldn’t take the transfer, which I find a bit overpriced. I was explained that it was bc I had a deluxe room and not a business one, but in my opinion these 2 categories should be differentiated in terms of different services (like breakfast included or not, special access etc.).
